1st time buyers check this out. Right now the prices are way down, the interest rates are still very low, there’s a ton of selection and the government is giving 1st time buyers $8000 free money and other buyers $6500 free money.
It’s a known fact that the interest rates will start to climb towards spring as the market starts to recover. The prices will also rise as the market recovers and the tax credits will expire. If you are capable and do not buy now… you might as well never buy!!
Now has been labeled by economists as the best opportunity for a buyer in over 4 decades.
check out this scenario!
You buy a home for 219k at 6% you pay $1055.00
You buy the same home less 5% off price which is 206k, however interest rate
increases .50% to 6.5% you pay $1056.00
You buy the same home less 10% off price which is 197k, however interest rate increases 1% to 7%, you pay $1053.00
You tell me what you are waiting for. Prices are at the bottom and interest rates are going up… oh Ya, I forgot to add the $8000.00 tax credit to the scenario.
